Who's coming
Friday night dinner, Saturday morning service, Kiddush, and evening party — guests RSVP to each part separately. You always know exact counts per event.
Schedule reminders at 2 weeks, 1 week, and 3 days before the event. They go out automatically — you don't have to call your extended family one by one.
Add a kosher/dietary preference question to the RSVP form. Answers are saved per guest and included in your CSV export — exactly what your caterer needs.
Set a maximum number of additional guests per family. No more families showing up with six people when you expected three.
Download your confirmed guest list as a CSV any time. Every response, dietary note, and plus-one count — clean and ready to hand off.
Guests RSVP from a link — no app to download, no account to create. Works perfectly on every phone and device your guests use.

Can I collect RSVPs for the Friday night dinner separately from the Saturday events?
Yes — Let's RSVP supports multi-day events where guests RSVP to each part independently. A guest can say yes to the Saturday service but no to the Friday dinner, and you'll see accurate counts for each.
Can I add a kosher dietary question to the RSVP form?
Absolutely. You can add custom questions (short text, multiple choice, or checkboxes) to the RSVP form. Something like "Dietary restrictions?" or "Meat, fish, or vegetarian?" is easy to set up and the answers export with your guest list.
How do I handle families with many guests?
You can import your guest list from a CSV or add guests manually. Each invitee can have a maximum additional-guest cap — so the Rosenbergs can't bring 8 people when you've said 4 max. You can also group families together with household RSVPs.
Is this really free?
Yes. Every feature — unlimited guests, multi-day events, reminder emails, custom questions, CSV export — is free while we're in beta. No credit card required.
How do I send the invite?
You get a shareable link that works for anyone. You can also import your guest list and send personal invitation emails directly from Let's RSVP — each guest gets their own pre-filled RSVP link.
It takes about 2 minutes. No account required to start.
