We built Let's RSVP because existing invite tools either look like work forms or make your guests install an app. We're not going to then turn around and sell your data. Here's what we actually do with it.
When you sign in with Google, we store your name and email address to power your account. Your Google profile picture may be displayed in the app interface. We do not share this data with third parties beyond the operational vendors listed below, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
You can revoke Let's RSVP's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Everything is stored in a Supabase Postgres database (US region). Email sending runs through Resend, and SMS sending runs through Twilio. These are operational vendors — they process data on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.
The service is hosted on Vercel.
If a host adds your phone number to an event invitee list, you may receive SMS messages from Let's RSVP related to that event — including the invitation, reminders 7/3/1 days before the event, RSVP confirmation when you respond, and any broadcast messages the host chooses to send. Message frequency varies by event but typically stays under 5 messages per event. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed from all SMS for that sender at the carrier level. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@lets-rsvp.com.
We never sell or share phone numbers with third parties beyond Twilio (the SMS vendor that delivers messages on our behalf). Phone numbers are stored only against the specific event you were invited to, and are removed when that event is deleted.
Delete an event from your dashboard and every RSVP, invitee record, cover photo, and scheduled message for that event is permanently removed. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Only you, as the host of that event. The public invite page shows first name and last initial of attending guests — never email addresses or notes. Those stay in your dashboard.
Email hello@lets-rsvp.com and we'll answer honestly.
